Please join us at our 2024 Fall Volunteer Day on Saturday November 9th from 10:30 to 12:30 in the Christ Church Portola Valley Woodside Parish Hall. Together we will have a blanket making extravaganza. We invite you to make blankets to be gifted to previously unhoused children staying at Life Moves family shelters in San Mateo County. Each child will take their blanket with them as they move into permanent housing.
Life Moves provides 1500 beds each night in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties; approximately one-third of the homeless are children.
