Many seniors in Sausalito struggle to access nutritious meals consistently. Some face mobility challenges that make grocery shopping and cooking difficult. Others have financial constraints.

Weekly, volunteers from The Senior Meals Ministry at Christ Episcopal Church, Sausalito deliver hot, high-quality meals to older adults. Through partnerships with local restaurants and caterers, they provide healthy, well-balanced options that are thoughtfully prepared. And while food is the priority, these visits also provide something just as essential: human connection.
