Applications are now being accepted by the Diocese of California for 2017 United Thank Offering (UTO) grants.
The focus of the 2017 UTO grants is The Jesus Movement – evangelism, reconciliation, and following Jesus's way of creating loving, liberating, and life-giving relationships with God, each other, and all creation. Applications for UTO grants must be received by the Diocese no later than February 6 at 5 pm and should be emailed to Kathleen Piraino at kpiraino@episcopalimpact.org. You may also contact Kathleen at 415-869-6809 with any questions or requests for assistance.
Each bishop may submit one application for a local project and one application for an international project to the UTO. Applicants will be notified which proposals have been chosen for submission on February 15.
Detailed guidelines for applying for the grants, including how to participate in UTO webinars in January, can be found here: http://www.episcopalchurch.org/page/uto-grants.
