Congregational Poverty Relief Grants
Where the church meets the streets, let's be there together.
We have a rich history of supporting communities in need. For almost 50 years, Episcopal Impact Fund has been working in the Episcopal community to fund programs that alleviate poverty for Bay Area residents. We bring together our supporters and partners to form a community dedicated to supporting our most vulnerable neighbors.
We offer Congregational Poverty Relief Grants of up to $5,000 to churches and ministries in the Diocese of California that serve people living in poverty. Our grants to congregations have supported seasonal and daytime shelter, supplies for our unhoused neighbors, literacy programs in local jails, preschool education, school supplies, and food insecurity assistance. We are open to funding new ideas as well.
If your program or ministry meets the funding requirements below, please apply for an Episcopal Impact Fund Congregational Poverty Relief Grant.
